These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Site operated by Novo Living. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are a template and do not create a broker–client or agency relationship by themselves. Licensing and agency rules in your state or province still apply to any real-estate transaction.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, or lending advice, or a binding offer to sell or lease. Confirm all material facts with our team and appropriate professionals before making decisions.

Intellectual property

The Site, including text, photography, video, logos, and design, is owned by Novo Living or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novo Living and its officers, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the minimum amount allowed by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction apply.
